Dear Uncle, I’ve heard you are ill and I’m very worried about you. I always thought health is the most important to a people, so I could give you some advice. In order to stay healthy , you should have more fruit and vegetable . Having enough rest and regular exercise is also good habit. But don’t eat food rich in fat and sugar or stay up late and smoke , because it’s bad for you! If you want to keep in good health, you should do what I said. Hope you will get well very soon.
