Environment is very important for our lives . We need the fresh air, the clean water and so on . In the past, there were many trees around us ,the air was fresh and the river was clean.But now,environment becomes more and more worse .We should protect our environment. First, we should plant many trees to keep water. Second , we shouldn’t throw the dirty water into the river . Third, we shouldn’t use the plastic bags. If all of us join this protection team, environment will becomes better and better.

Therefore, We need some countermeasures from the viewpoint to prevent the city environment form disaster and to manage environmental risks. So we will develop and improve a new risk management system and a disaster prevention system to preserve and create the city environment where people feel easy and sound in their life.
